How do I shop online?
Shopping at Oh Maggie online is simple. Find a product you like by either navigating through the site’s categories or by using the search bar at the top of the site. Once you’ve found something you want, add it to your shopping basket by selecting your size/colour and quantity, and then clicking ‘add to basket’
How do I view my basket?
Click on your basket located at the top right of the site. All items you have select will be available to view and edit, and a total will be calculated.
Do your prices include VAT?
The prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
What will it say on my card statement?
Ordering from Oh Maggie is discreet. Your credit card or bank statement will show a charge to OM Trading. Your PayPal account will also show a charge to OM Trading.
Is the packaging discreet?
We understand that privacy is important to Oh Maggie customers. To insure your order is kept discreet from everyone, we use the up most discretion in packaging your order for shipment. All orders are sent with the non-descriptive return address name of “OM Trading” instead of “Oh Maggie”. All products are sent in bubble-wrap envelopes or a plain boring brown box, depending on the nature and/or size of your order.
Do I need to register to shop online?
No, you don’t need to register to order online. When you enter the checkout, you will have the option to sign up for an account or check out as a guest.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
The email that you received confirming your subscription to the newsletter has an unsubscribe link. All newsletters that are sent out also have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of them.
I can’t find the answer I need – how can I contact you?

How do I log into my account?
First you will need to have registered and created an account. Select ‘Sign In’ or ‘My Account’ at the top of the site and enter the details requested.
If you’re already registered please select the ‘Sign In’ option at the top right of the site and enter the email address and password you used when you registered.
I’ve forgotten my login details – what should I do?
Not to worry. Just click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page and enter the email address you registered with. We’ll then email you with further instructions.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
Yes, we are happy to take your order over the telephone – please contact us so that one of our customer service team can help you on 0800 773 4700.
How will you confirm my order?
When your order is received, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is despatched, we’ll send you a despatch confirmation. It will include the following information; Items purchased, Payment information, Delivery method, Delivery information, tracking number (if applicable). If for any reason you have not received these e-mails, please check your spam and or junk mail folders. If there is no e-mail in there and you require one, please contact our customer sales team.
How do I make changes to my order?
Changes to the contents can be made by you at any point whilst placing your order. Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to the contents of the order. If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures. Once the order has been completed, there is a limited opportunity to cancel the order with us. If you wish to do this, please call immediately on 0800 773 4700.
Please note, even at this time we are unable to guarantee successful cancellation of the order and advise that you please check your order carefully before you confirm.
How can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to change the delivery address. Due to the small window of opportunity to affect any requests to change a delivery address on an order already placed, we would advise that you call rather than e-mail to ensure your request is dealt with urgently. We are unable to guarantee any address change requests will be carried through successfully and we advise you to please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.
Where do I add my promotional code?
The voucher code must be registered at the time of purchase, by entering in your voucher code into the voucher code box on the shopping basket page. Your basket contents and value will be recalculated to account for your promotion. The voucher code can only be used for one online order. The voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Why won’t my promotional code work?
Please check the terms and conditions of the promotional offer and the validity period. If your order is eligible and is still not working please contact our customer service team.
How secure is my transaction?
Shopping at Oh Maggie is safe and secure. We use internationally recognised technical systems to make sure the details you give us when ordering are protected. We’re committed to respecting your privacy and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
The only information we hold is what products you have ordered and your delivery address so that we know where we need to send the goods to. All payments are securely processed through Sage Pay or Paypal. Sage Pay is one of the most secure and trusted payment processers in the UK. Oh Maggie complies fully with Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
Why has my payment been declined?
There are various reasons why this may have happened but we suggest the following steps. Firstly, check with your bank to ensure there are sufficient funds available. Secondly, if you are using a credit or debit card to pay for your order, check that the information you have entered is correct.
