Returns and Refunds
We want you to be totally confident about every order that you place with Oh Maggie. Here is our returns policy to put your mind at ease.
If you decide to cancel your order prior to confirmation of shipping, we will immediately cancel your order and fully refund your payment. Please inform us of your cancelation including your order number by telephone on 0800 773 4700 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you.
Once the order has been shipped, the order must be treated as per our returns and refund policy below.
With Oh Maggie you can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or Oh Maggie credit voucher.
If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Return your items within 60 days unopened and unused and we can offer you an exchange, replacement or an Oh Maggie credit voucher.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items including packaging and accessories have not been significantly damaged.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Oh Maggie Ltd as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem within 7 working days of receipt of your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
If the product is defective, please give an exact description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals, tags, batteries and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. You may return a faulty item to us within 60 days for an exchange, replacement or an Oh Maggie credit voucher.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.
Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them safely in a plastic bag, in the original product box and pack them securely.
Oh Maggie asks that before you return the goods please inform us either by telephone on 0800 773 4700 or email at email@example.com and we will issue you with a returns number.
Once you have done this and received our response, package up your return securely along with a note giving the reason for your return, returns number and product code and send it to the address listed below. Please if possible also include a copy of the original delivery note in the package. This will allow us to process your request for a refund or an exchange much faster.
Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund for products will be arranged, always within 30 days. Goods should be returned to the following address:

Items don’t need to be returned to us by recorded post although it is recommended, however we do ask that you obtain a certificate of posting from your postal service.
If the item is lost and you can not prove that you sent it we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
